Mine is Fraudulent Transaction happened of about 43996.62 Paytm postpaid some fraud guy accessed my account and did the transaction as I clicked and login Paytm using some phishing link.
He did around 13 transactions even if I complain multiple times like this fraudulent transaction to Paytm they are saying I’m eligible due to covid situation I’m not able to complain to Cybercrime in police station instead I did through Online Complaint through CyberCrime (https://cybercrime.gov.in/Default.aspx). Please help me out what else I can do For your information I’m having that fraud guy number who did the transaction and moreover, he paid electricity bills of 35044 and 7070 even if legal actions come they can check with the consumer who paid the bill for the amount. So even it’s happened in the north and I don’t have any connectivity also.
Let me guide what to do apart from this
